Who can become an arimas distributor?
System integrators, resellers and security companies working with public bodies, law enforcement and enterprises, in Italy and abroad, who can provide technical support to their customers. Every application is reviewed by arimas.
Which products can an arimas partner distribute?
The lines set out in the distribution agreement: TSCM search and sweep equipment, audio and voice protection, wireless surveillance, accessories and Berkeley Varitronics Systems products, for which arimas is Master Distributor for Italy.
How does deal registration work?
You register the customer on the Partner Portal before sending a quote and immediately receive a time-stamped receipt. arimas answers within 3 working days; if more partners register the same customer, the first complete registration received prevails.
How long does the protection of a registered deal last?
A confirmed registration protects the deal for 6 months and can be extended if negotiations are still ongoing.
How do I become an arimas partner?
Fill in the application form and we will get back to you within 2 working days. Once the distribution agreement is signed, arimas creates the Partner Portal accounts for your company.
In which languages is the Partner Portal available?
Italian and English: each user picks their own language, which is also used for the portal emails.
